Quotes and scope

Package prices and add-ons shown on this website are indicative and may be adjusted based on final scope, technical complexity, and client requirements.

Payment terms

• Subscription plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime unless otherwise agreed.
• If subscription payments are missed, the website may be taken offline until payments resume.
• Buyout plans transfer project ownership after full payment is received.
• Unless explicitly included, hosting is not included in buyout plans.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Ownership and intellectual property

The client owns their domain name. For buyout projects, ownership of agreed deliverables transfers after full payment. For subscription services, deliverables remain part of an active managed service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Support and maintenance

Included support is limited to the package selected. Additional changes, strategy, or development outside package scope may require a separate quote.

Limitation of liability

Subject to any rights that cannot be excluded by law, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including downtime caused by third-party providers outside our direct control.

Use of this website and enquiry forms is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
